Warranty & Repairs
The term of the warranty starts on the date of the purchase.

Even though all our jewellery is made out of sterling silver or gold, every item has to be treated with care.

For sterling silver there is a warranty period of 6 months.
A warranty of 12 months is valid for gold jewellery and for watches. The warranty for the watches covers the clock, the pointers and the dial.

Some of our jewellery is made out of sterling silver and plated with a thin layer of one micron of 14-karat gold. That means that in time the plated layer will get a used appearance. But under that layer, you will always keep your sterling silver ZINZI jewellery with a warranty of 3 months. This warranty covers only material and production defects.

Not covered by the warranty:

  • Breakage or damage due to improper use by the customer
  • Damages caused by repairs made by a third party
  • Damages as a result of contact with water or fire (ZINZI Watches and gold plated jewellery are not water proof)
  • Discolouration caused by high levels of skin acidity
  • For ZINZI Watches: no warranty for battery, glass damage, watch band, crown/screw, watch case

The ZINZI jewellery and watches are not suitable for children under 36 months, for they can cause unwanted situations, so please keep out of reach of children and babies!
