WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?
By phone, our customer sevice department is open from Monday to Friday from 9.00(GMT+1) till 17.00(GMT+1) and it is available in both English and French. By email, you can contact us at customerservice@zinzi.com and we will try to get back to you within 24 hours.

HOW CAN I TAKE THE BEST CARE OF MY JEWELLERY/WATCHES?
Our jewellery is made of high-quality metals and plated with a layer of Rhodium for a long-lasting shine. Even so, in time it might get discolouration. In order to take the best care of it, you can do the following things:

  • Protect your jewellery against knocks and scratches.
  • Don't allow your jewellery to contact hard surfaces, and avoid putting it on while standing on a hard floor.
  • Remove your jewellery before taking part in sports, doing housework or other heavy work, and before you go to bed or take a shower.
  • Prevent your jewellery coming into contact with chemicals such as perfume, cleaning agents and the chemicals in swimming pool water.
  • Keep cosmetics away from pearls. Their beautiful lustre and colour can be damaged through contact with make-up, hairspray and perfume.
  • Don't use chemical agents or hard cloths to clean your jewellery.
  • Only use lukewarm water, without chemical additives.
  • Some discolouration of pearls and silver is possible in normal use.


Note: We will not be liable for damage caused through the wearing of the jewellery or improper use.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
After placing an order, make sure you take contact with our customer support team as soon as possible, because once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled anymore.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY ITEMS?
Depending on your location, the estimated time of delivery takes between 1 to 8 working days. In case of awareness of a delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

HOW ARE THE ZINZI JEWELLERY/WATCHES PACKED?
The ZINZI products are packed with care and shipping-proof, in order for you to get your goods intact.

WHAT CURRENCY WILL I PAY IN?
All our prices are in EURO's, so that is what you will pay and your bank is responsible for the currency conversion.

IS THERE A TAX CHARGE FOR ONLINE ORDERS?
Normally the taxes are included in the price, but depending on the country of delivery there might be taxes that we are nor aware of, nor responsible for. Make sure you read the regulations of your country to know what extra taxes apply once the delivery enters the customs of your country.

HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
It's pretty easy to return or exchange the goods purchased on zinzi.com. You can check our procedure in the Delivery&Returns section and if there are any further questions, please contact our customer support team.

HOW MANY DAYS DOES IT TAKE UNTIL MY REFUND?
Depending on the payment method used for your purchase, it may take up to 15 working days until the refund. Although, we are doing our best to make this term as short as possible.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH A BROKEN PIECE OF JEWELLERY OR A WATCH?
If the piece of jewellery or the watch broke as a result of a manufacturing mistake and it is still within the warranty terms, you may send it back. Please check our Warranty&Returns section.
