Shopping at Zinzi.com is easy and safe. On this page you will find informations about the process of ordering, paying and shipment. The Zinzi customer service is ready to help you. Zinzi is doing its best to deliver a top customer sevice. That is why we appreciate any suggestions that will help us improve our customer care. May you have any suggestions or ideas for our products, do not hesitate to send us an e-mail at customerservice@zinzi.com.

In thet choice menu of the item that you would like to order, you can chose the amount and the right size. Under the price, you can find the amount that is still on stock. With one click you can add the product to your shopping bag. The content of your bag can be change afterwards. Once your order is complete, click on “pay”. Futher one, you can fill in your name, address and contact information. Of course, all the information that you give on our website is trictly confidential. Once you are done filling in your details, you may chose the preffered delivery and payment method. You may chose a delivery on the billing address or another address; for example, at work, at a UPS Pick-up Point or another address to send your package as a present.

Paying at Zinzi.com is easy and safe. You can chose to pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or PayPal. The payment goes through an SSL- secured server that transmits your data encrypted.
