Are you not completely satisfied with your purchase, or have you made a mistake? That is not a problem at all. You have the right to cancel the item within 60 days from receiving your order, or to notify us of the return. After these 60 days you have the right to return the order for another 14 days.
Important
You can only return to us if you have placed the order via ZINZI.com, ZINZI.nl, ZINZI.de or ZINZI.be. You cannot return the item you ordered via our webstore to a Zinzi dealer. The ZINZI article must not have been worn. Only fitting for size assessment is allowed. If the returned ZINZI item is used or damaged, ZINZI reserves the right to charge costs for the depreciation. For watches, the watch must not have been worn and the strap must not have been shortened.
We ask that you follow the following steps to return your item:
1.PACK THE ITEM
- State the reason (optional) for your return on the packing slip. Here you also indicate whether you want to return the item or whether you want to exchange it for another item. (Exchange is only possible if the price of the current and desired item remains the same) - Pack the undamaged ZINZI item with the packing slip including the reason (optional) for return in a box or envelope. - Remove the return sticker from the packing slip and stick it on the package.
2. SEND THE PACKAGE
Please return your package with a post carrier of your choice to the following address:

You can use the enclosed return sticker for this. The return shipment is at your own risk and expense. TIP: We recommend sending the package with a track and trace code, so that it is clear who received the package and when. The return shipment is at your own risk and expense. Own risk means that ZINZI is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.
3. RECEIVED
When we have received your return, we will process it.
You will receive a confirmation email when we have processed your return, usually within 14 working days of receipt of your return.
4. REFUND
- Your payment obligation stops at the time of dissolution. We may withhold payment until we have received the return shipment or proof that you have returned the package. If you have opted for a refund and have already paid, we will refund you as soon as possible, at the latest within 14 days after cancellation. The full order amount will be refunded to your account or refunded in the same way as you paid.
Exchange
What you need to know in advance: You can exchange the item (for a different size or color) up to 60 days after receiving your order, so that you can order your gifts for the holidays well in time.
To exchange product of the same value: You can only exchange a product for a product of the same value. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will send the new replacement item. Note the item number of the desired item on the return form.
Exchange a product of different value: If you want to exchange the product for a product with a different value, we will credit the amount and you will have to order the other product again. (You can see if the correct article is still available on our webstore.)

The withdrawal period expires 60 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of the withdrawal by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. in writing, by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the model withdrawal form for this download here, but you are not obliged to do so. After notification of the withdrawal, you still have 14 days to return the product. You can also use the European model form for withdrawal to inform us that you renounce the purchase. However, use of this form is not mandatory.
