Shipment information
For all orders over €49.95 placed on, the delivery is FREE.

  • The delivery address can be a home or a work address. In any of the cases, it is the customer's responsibility to provide an exact and valid address. We are unfortunately unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, hostels or hotels.
  • Once your order is completed, you are going to receive a confirmation email. We are going to start processing your order within 24 hours and once it is on the way, you will receive a track&trace number via e-mail. In case your order is being placed on Friday after 16.00(GMT+1) or in the week-end, it will be handeled on the following Monday.
  • During public holidays, customers may expect longer delivery times. Dutch public holidays are as it follows: 1 January: New Year's Day
    27 April: King's Day
    25-26 December: Christmas Days
    And variable dates every year for first and second Easter Day, Ascension Day and Whit Monday.
  • Estimated times of delivery depend per country and area. Shipment to rural areas will take longer than to metropolitan areas. We will do everything we can to make sure your package arrives in time. Estimated time of delivery is as it follows:
    Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1-2 working days
    EU countries: 3-6 working days
  • If we are aware that some delays will occur, we are going to inform the customer as soon as we know. In case the delivered goods arrive damaged or incomplete, the customer must inform ZINZI Customer Care within 24 hours from receiving the goods. The customer will receive the returning instructions and ZINZI will therefore decide what the procedure is for dealing with the matter.

With every order, the customer has a trial period of 14 days. If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you can return them. Returning your items is very easy:
1. Pack the goods carefully to make sure they will not get damaged on the way. (Optional: please write the reason for the return)
2. Remove the peel-off label received with your order.
3. Stick the return label on the package. In case you have lost the return label, you can write the following address to send it to:

Note: The return costs are at the expense of the customer.

4. Take the package to the nearest post office and make sure you send it with a secure shipment method. ZINZI is not to be held responsible for damaged or missing returned goods. Make sure you get a copy of the postal receipt for further reference.

5. After receiving the returned items, we will make sure to refund your purchase in the shortest time possible, by the same methods used to make the payment.
Note: In order to be refunded, the returned items need to be in a condition that shows they are unworn, undamaged or unused, preferably in the original packaging.

Exchange and replacement
The steps aforementioned are valid for the exchange or replacement procedure.

  • You can exchange a product up to 14 days from the date of receiving it.
  • You can exchange an item for another one of the same value. For a product of a different value, we will offer your refund and you will have to place a different order.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the date on which you or a third party designated by you, which is not the carrier, is physically in possession of the received items. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us in a clear way of the action that you are going to take (e.g by letter, email or phone). You can use the model form for revocation (download here), but you are not obliged to. After notification of the cancellation, you will have 14 days left to return the product.
